Booking Details

Pricing for photos only will be $450 per rider. A video add on package is available for an additional $300. You will NOT have access to view or download photos without signing up.

Event Details

The client will receive daily photo coverage of competition, awards, and candids around the show. Photos will be delivered digitally to a private online gallery and updated throughout the weekend in a timely fashion. The client will have access to low resolution photos instantly for personal use and social media. A discounted price list for print and canvas orders will also be given to all Client galleries.

COVID-19 CLAUSE

Kind Media LLC will not be liable for failure or delay to perform obligations under this agreement, which have become practically impossible because of circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the applicable party. Such circumstances include without limitation natural disasters or acts of God or closure of event under which this contract is intended to be performed. If the event is cancelled for any circumstance including pandemic reasons, Kind Media LLC will refund the monetary value relating to the unused portion of the contract if less than 50% of the contract was completed.

If the contracted photography subject, for any reason other than those listed above, cannot attend the event or chooses to terminate the agreement, Kind Media LLC is not obligated to refund the contract amount. Contracts will be evaluated on an individual basis.
